How many ways can I say "thank you" for all you did to make the 2014 conference a success? I truly appreciate your professionalism and flexibility (we made last minute changes). I would recommend the Caribe Royale to anyone planning a meeting or conference. So many attendees were impressed with the site - I hope many of them will come back to the Caribe Royale, if not for a conference then a wonderful location to simply relax.

In my job, I wear many hats; one of which is to ensure that everything in the “exhibit hall” runs smoothly. I sell the booth space so the vendors/exhibitors count on me for a pleasant and peaceful experience. I could have not done my job in Orlando without the help of one of your staff members, Angela Roach. From day one, Angela worked patiently with us to get every detail right. She helped with the floor transitions, exhibitor requests, hotel/AV/security/menu questions and everything in between. On site, Angela was there— immediately— every time I called with a request or question, no matter how ridiculous, and she solved every challenge I brought her way with the utmost professionalism. I just want you to know that we had some very happy exhibitors and so much of their experience (as well as the experience our attendees had) had everything to do with how smoothly things went in the Grand Sierra Ballroom and so much of that was attributable to Angela. Thank you and hopefully, we will be back again someday!

I just wanted to send a note to thank you and your entire team at the Caribe Royale hotel again for helping to make our recent national meeting the best one we have ever had.  Having a meeting with 400 attendees takes an enormous amount of planning, preparation, teamwork and execution. The Caribe Royale was truly an amazing discovery for my group, the IEEE 802 LAN/MAN Standards Committee. It has all the facilities we need for our week-long, 1500+ attendee, professional session and even a few we didn't expect. The meeting space was just perfect for our 35+ parallel meetings and having it all together in one facility on one level was really ideal. The staff and services were first rate, very well organized, and a real pleasure to work with. Our attendees loved the excellent meeting and banquet facilities, especially the all-suites hotel format with Hi-Speed Internet in every room, and the many extra resort features like the pool complex, the great restaurant choices, and the huge and well-equipped work-out facility. Having all of that together in a single connected complex, just minutes from Walt Disney World, etc, was ideal for our kind of group that works hard all week. So it is not surprising that they voted overwhelmingly to return for our upcoming meetings, and we expect to see many more families coming for the week next time.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how much our Worksite Marketing department enjoyed the Caribe Royale. They are still talking about dinner in The Venetian Room. We are going to have our work cut out for us to find somewhere comparable for our next meeting get together. Who knows, we may have to make the Caribe Royale Orlando a tradition. Your facility was wonderful and everyone from the front desk staff to the people tending the lawn were very friendly and helpful. I just wanted to let you know how great the experience was!
