An Elevated Dining Experience
After 15 years as a signature dining destination, The Venetian Chop House is stepping into a bolder, more refined identity: a new menu, tableside activations, and a redesigned dining room featuring a dedicated dry-aging room and a 1,400-bottle wine cabinet. It's the kind of setting built for closing a deal, hosting an important client, or gathering your group for a dinner worthy of the moment.

The Villas Experience, Reimagined
Our two-bedroom Villas are being redesigned from the ground up, with new hardwood flooring, all-new furnishings, and stainless appliances throughout. It's resort living at its best: more space, more comfort, and a residential feel that changes how a VIP group, executive board, or incentive trip experiences a stay.
The Villas pool is being reimagined right alongside it, with lush landscaping. new furnishings, and brand-new cabanas. A true private oasis. The Villas reimagination will be completed by the end of the year.
Stadium Club Expansion: Tailgate
Stadium Club, our interactive sports bar with 360-degree gametime viewing and eight pro-level sports simulators, is expanding with an all-new concept. Tailgate is a flexible, covered outdoor space with its own dedicated bar, wall-to-wall screens for game day, interactive lawn games, and more. It's built for the energy that builds when a big game is on the line, and another way to turn a group dinner or evening event into something that engages every attendee.
Tailgate is expected to open mid-2027.
