Caribe Royale Orlando boasts a total of 260,000 sf of meeting and event space including 4 ballrooms, 58 breakout rooms, and expansive outdoor event space.
Caribe Royale Orlando has four (4) ballrooms:
- Palms Ballroom – 50,000 sf divisible into 3 sections
- Grand Sierra Ballroom – 40,000 sf divisible into 9 sections
- Caribbean Ballroom – 26,000 sf divisible into 7 sections
- Coral Ballroom – 13,087 sf divisible into 3 sections
The largest ballroom at Caribe Royale Orlando is the 50,000 sf Palms Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 5,000 guests with theater seating; 5,250 guests for reception or 4,000 guests for a banquet function.
Yes, Caribe Royale Orlando offers a myriad of outdoor event spaces including The Grove, a 20,000 sf event lawn; Boca Patio and Pavilion (6,900 sf) with water views; Caribbean Porte Cochere (4,900 sf); as well as the Pool Deck and Sun Deck. When outdoor event spaces are booked, contingency plans are made for weather back up as needed.
Caribe Royale Orlando is an all-suite resort with a total of 1,337 suites including 1,217 one-bedroom suites and 120 two-bedroom villas.

Absolutely. Groups can contract up to 1,300 suites for any one program at Caribe Royale Orlando. We can accommodate up to 1,500 if we also utilize suites at our sister hotel, Buena Vista Suites, located directly adjacent to Caribe Royale Orlando.
To qualify for group rates a group must comprise a minimum of ten (10) rooms on peak.
Yes. Our resort is designed to meet or exceed ADA accessibility standards, with accessible guest rooms, meeting spaces, restrooms, and step-free routes throughout the property. Elevators and accessible seating options are available across our meeting and event venues. In our Grand Caribe Convention Center all of our ballrooms and meeting rooms are conveniently under one roof and on one level. Our meetings team is pleased to collaborate in advance to accommodate specific accessibility needs, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for every attendee.

All group contracts include a food and beverage minimum. The minimum is determined based on a number of factors including the specifics of each group’s program, as well as seasonality.
Certainly. Our seasoned culinary team is experienced in accommodating a wide range of dietary needs, including allergies, intolerances, and lifestyle preferences. We work closely with meeting planners in advance to thoughtfully customize menus and ensure all attendees enjoy a seamless and satisfying dining experience.
We do not typically allow outside catering. However, if this is an absolute necessity for your group (ie Kosher meals) please let us know and we will advise what options are available for your group.

Caribe Royale Orlando utilizes Passkey for customized group booking links for most groups.
Caribe Royale Orlando does not require a minimum length of stay for a group. To qualify for group rates a group must comprise a minimum of ten (10) rooms on peak.
Bandwidth/Scalability
Caribe Royale Orlando is supported by multiple high-capacity internet circuits totaling up to 10 Gbps, delivered through a modern SD-WAN architecture. This design provides built-in redundancy and automatic failover to ensure consistent connectivity. Bandwidth is actively managed and allocated based on event needs to support reliable performance for meetings of all sizes.
Dedicated event bandwidth can be provisioned as needed. While no internet service can be guaranteed at 100%, the network delivers 99% reliability and is designed to prioritize group and event traffic. Following recent infrastructure upgrades, bandwidth constraints have not been an issue for meetings or conventions.
WIFI
Yes. High-performance Wi-Fi coverage is available throughout the property, including guest rooms, meeting spaces, pre-function areas, exhibit halls, and most outdoor event spaces. (Parking areas are excluded.)
Yes. Hardwired Ethernet connections are available in all meeting rooms and throughout ballrooms, making them ideal for show offices, registration desks, broadcast operations, and other mission-critical uses.
Yes. The Caribe Royale Orlando network is segmented to support separate, secure networks for attendees, exhibitors, production teams, and hotel operations. Additional dedicated or custom networks can be created to meet specific event or security requirements.

Absolutely. Caribe Royale Orlando regularly supports livestreaming, hybrid meetings, and professional content capture, and has extensive experience hosting events with complex digital and broadcast requirements.
Yes. The team at Caribe Royale Orlando maintains a close and long-standing partnership with Encore, our on-site preferred AV provider. This integrated relationship allows for seamless coordination between internet, AV, and production teams—resulting in faster setup, improved reliability, and a more streamlined event experience.
Dedicated uplink speeds of up to 3 Gbps are available to support broadcast-quality streaming, virtual platforms, and high-resolution content delivery.
On-Site Support
Our experienced on-site IT team of seven professionals supports all event technology needs. A designated point of contact is assigned to each event to ensure continuity, accountability, and responsive service.
During show hours, IT support typically responds within minutes, with most issues resolved in under 30 minutes or less, depending on complexity.
The network is continuously monitored using enterprise-grade performance and alerting tools, including real-time network analytics and AI-driven insights from our infrastructure partners. These systems allow the IT team to proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact attendees.
